who am I?

I earned my Master’s in Dramatic Writing in 2009, which has given me all kinds of powers, like predicting the end of every single movie. But my favorite power is the gift of spinning stories with a theatrical edge. I like perspectives no one else has thought of before, like how the waitstaff at a restaurant is secretly starring in its own soap opera, or how fish personally feel about Garmin Fish Finder.

Attending the School of Visual Concepts has taught me to strive for creativity, playfulness, and bravery. At my best, the words I write make the reader feel curious and intrigued.

When I’m not writing, you can find me at second-hand bookstores, spending as much time in nature as possible, and searching for the best sushi restaurant with my partner.
